Really happy with my delivery and product
i’m a professional chef, and i love these knives. i own three of them and i highly highly recommend them to anyone.
I am absolutely floored by the performance of these knives. The sting is really good for a lot of smaller precision work, I use it a lot for super mint oranges! They are both incredibly fluid and feel really good in my hand. Not to mention the handle on of both of them is absolutely gorgeous (I’m particularly taken aback by the Purple Heart handle I have on my pez).
Ryan was kind enough to offer an engraving on my blade with my name, as required by a course I got the knives for, and was so communicative during the entire process. I seriously cannot recommend these knives enough. I have gotten nothing but compliments on them and they hold a beautiful edge.
It can be a hard thing achieve to make a quality knife that also looks stunning. Fields have achieved it. This is my second knife from fields and again they have answered the call.
A beautiful, well-made and sharp knife. Excellent service, and love the originality and elegance of the designs!
