The knife is sharp, well crafted, and has a beautiful handle.
Got my Gustavo and immediately hit the kitchen to dice some things up. What a great, well balanced knife. Cuts with ease and the walnut handle fits cozy in my hand. Also, there was a nice hand written letter from the owner which I thought was nice.
I absolutely love it and am thinking about buying another
Have wanted a nakiri for some time and am loving this one. Shaving veggies like a mandolin.
