Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on any item in same-as-new condition within 14 days of delivery to a domestic address. To return an item, simply ensure that all labels and tags are intact, repackage the item, email to receive your label and drop the package off at any USPS center free of charge. Orders must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and shipped within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if the item does not meet this criteria, the return cannot be accepted.

If it is an exchange, we will ship the item as soon as we inspect the condition of the return. While we offer exchanges free of charge, we ask that clients be mindful of our shipping costs, and only exchange when necessary.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
