We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS. We try our hardest to ship within 24 hours of your order.
We generally use UPS International for international shipping, and fulfill international orders twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday.

No one wants you to get your Fields more than we do! If your package is lost in transit, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll find it and/or replace it.
If your package was delivered but is missing, please file a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for replacing missing or stolen packages.
We accept returns on any item in same-as-new condition within 14 days of delivery to a domestic address, and we make it easy to make returns. To return an item, simply ensure that all labels and tags are intact, repackage the item, email email@example.com to receive your label and drop the package off at any UPS store free of charge.
Orders must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags still intact within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if the item does not meet this criteria, the return cannot be accepted.
