Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping
All of our products are housed in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office. We ship internationally, worldwide via DHL Express at a flat rate of $7.99. Please note that we subsidize shipping to help make Fields Outfitting more accessible for you. Typically an international shipment can be around $30 or more.
DHL Express is a best-in-class international shipping solution, orders typically arrive within 4 to 6 calendar days after shipping out. We ship orders within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Missing/Lost Packages
No one wants you to get your order more than we do! If your package is lost in transit, please write us at info@fieldsoutfitting.com and we'll find it and/or replace it. If your package was delivered but is missing, please file a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for replacing missing or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on any item in same-as-new condition within 14 days of delivery to a domestic address. To return an item, simply ensure that all labels and tags are intact, repackage the item, email info@fieldsoutfitting.com to receive your label and drop the package off at any USPS center free of charge. Orders must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and shipped within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if the item does not meet this criteria, the return cannot be accepted.
If it is an exchange, we will ship the item as soon as we inspect the condition of the return. While we offer exchanges free of charge, we ask that clients be mindful of our shipping costs, and only exchange when necessary.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
