The Pampa Multipurpose Knife is based on the Japanese Santoku which in Japanese means "three virtues" for its ability deftly cut through meat, fish, and veggies.
Blade:
The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik Stainless Steel which is highly coveted in the knife-making world. It is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, and outstanding edge retention, making it very easy to maintain.
Handle:
This model features an olive wood handle known for its unique, irregular grain patterns, and its rich coloring, making it one of our favorites. Other available handles include Purple Heart and Guayubira.
