The little brother of our Furia Chef knife, Enojito is the perfect utility knife, great for cutting fruit and vegetables into small pieces, and other similar precision work. We often find ourselves reaching for Enojito when preparing simple meals for one or two people. You can count on it to get the job done.

Blade:

The blade is made of 420HC MOV Stainless Steel, which is a popular choice in the knife-making world due to its balance of hardness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention, making it versatile and easy to maintain. The blade has a carbon content of ~0.40% and a Rockwell Hardness (HRC) of ~55.

Handle:

This model features a Guayubira base with a lighter Ash separator. Guayubira is native to the triple-border region of Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. It is known for its distinguished chocolate color with streaks of yellowish-white. Other available handles include Purple Heart and Olive.
