Noa is an acronym for Noroeste Argentino, or Argentine Northwest, where a lot of the country's produce comes from. It is our version of the Japanese Nakiri. Noa prefers a plant-based diet and is designed precisely for slicing, dicing, and mincing fruits and veggies.

The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik Stainless Steel which is highly coveted in the knife-making world. It is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, and outstanding edge retention, making it very easy to maintain.
Handle:
This model features an olive wood handle known for its unique, irregular grain patterns, and its rich coloring, making it one of our favorites. Other available handles include Purple Heart and Guayubira.

Best knife I’ve ever owned and expertly handcrafted in Argentina. The steel is exquisite and the Purple Heart wood handle is beautiful. Highly recommend!
I'm using this knife as my daily driver. I'm a home cook, not a pro, but I'm finding it to be an excellent value.

I am so happy I came across Fields Outfiting.
They have a beautiful collection on knives ❤️
I needed a vegetable knife and Nazarena is PERFECT 🤩 it’s such a beautiful knife.
It’s everything I want on a knife; it’s sharp, beautiful blade, not too heavy, the handle is wonderful. If you are looking for quality knifes, this is the place.
I got this knife as a Valentine’s Day present for my husband. I couldn’t wait until the day of so I gave it to him right away! We both love it and can’t wait to purchase more. Our Noa knife did need a bit of refining but after, it cuts like a champ and will be a staple knife in our home for years to come
