The little brother of our Furia Chef knife, Enojito is the perfect utility knife, great for cutting fruit and vegetables into small pieces, and other similar precision work. We often find ourselves reaching for Enojito when preparing simple meals for one or two people. You can count on it to get the job done.
Blade:
The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik Stainless Steel which is highly coveted in the knife-making world. It is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, and outstanding edge retention, making it very easy to maintain.
Handle:
This model features a limited edition handle. The handle is made from Mulberry with a Guayacan accent. Mulberry has a natural, yellow tone, and pairs wonderfully with the Guayacan, a dark and heavy hardwood native to South America.
