I’m a private chef which means the knife roll that I chose has to be very durable and able to withstand travel and much more. I couldn’t be happier with my choice! this one fits all my knives, wooden spoons, and a spatula and can still fit in a bag. If you’re looking for a trusty knife roll, look no further. While the knife roll appears to be somewhat decently made, the color is not as displayed in the website photos and is more like an olive green and not a forest green. The roll arrived with marks and imperfections on the leather and the pockets themselves barely fit standard kitchen knives and may very well rip in a short time. For 100 it’s not surprising but I would look elsewhere for a quality knife roll that will last you your career as a chef.
