These vases are hewn from solid blocks of Algarrobo or Fireland Cherry wood using the ancient technique of woodturning. All of our turned pieces are made by the Father/Son duo of Matias and Francisco Castro. Matias runs a wood-turning school in the Lanus neighborhood of Buenos Aires, and Fran, according to Mati, is his best student!

All vases are treated with natural beeswax and are not designed to hold water. Instead, these vases are made for dried bouquets or can serve as standalone sculptures.
