Horacio with Palo Santo, Walnut and Ash Handle
Horacio is Ramo Filos' take on the Japanese Honesuki which was originally created as a poultry butchering knife. It translates quite literally to "bone knife" and is a must-have for anyone who enjoys preparing a whole chicken or turkey. The fine, angled tip makes it ideal for maneuvering those tricky cuts. This particular model features a Guayacan handle.
Palo santo grows on the Pacific coast of South America. It is both a beautiful and culturally significant wood often used by healers for the therapeutic properties found in its smoke and oil.
Handle: Palo Santo with Walnut accent and Ash top
Blade: 420 MOV Stainless Steel
Length (Blade/Full Knife): 6.6in / 12.5in
Case: Heavy Duck Canvas
Best knife I’ve ever owned and expertly handcrafted in Argentina. The steel is exquisite and the Purple Heart wood handle is beautiful. Highly recommend!
I'm using this knife as my daily driver. I'm a home cook, not a pro, but I'm finding it to be an excellent value.

I am so happy I came across Fields Outfiting.

I needed a vegetable knife and Nazarena is PERFECT 🤩 it’s such a beautiful knife.
It’s everything I want on a knife; it’s sharp, beautiful blade, not too heavy, the handle is wonderful. If you are looking for quality knifes, this is the place.
I got this knife as a Valentine’s Day present for my husband. I couldn’t wait until the day of so I gave it to him right away! We both love it and can’t wait to purchase more. Our Noa knife did need a bit of refining but after, it cuts like a champ and will be a staple knife in our home for years to come
