Horacio with Palo Santo Handle
Horacio is Ramo Filos' take on the Japanese Honesuki which was originally created as a poultry butchering knife. It translates quite literally to "bone knife" and is a must-have for anyone who enjoys preparing a whole chicken or turkey. The fine, angled tip makes it ideal for maneuvering those tricky cuts. This model features a Palo Santo handle.
Palo santo grows on the Pacific coast of South America. It is both a beautiful and culturally significant wood often used by healers to this day for therapeutic properties found in its smoke and oil.

I’m so happy i found this amazing company! As a professional chef I can’t get over the wonderful quality and attention to detail these knives have!
Very good, heavy metal knives. They carry a sharp edge with beautiful, comfortable handle.
I am a professional chef and have owned several of the top brands of chef knives. While some have been very good, they don’t come close to this knife. The weight, the durability and not to mention the looks make me look forward to chopping veggies and breaking down large cuts of meat.
