I am constantly chopping bunches of veggies, and this knife is perfect. It is a great knife. It fits in my hand perfectly; I have been using this knife for years. It is very sharp and makes quick work of slicing and dicing. I will buy more knives when I have extra money to spend on myself.
I got this for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves this knife. So sharp and such a cool unique handle. - He was slicing fruits and veggies for a good half hour right when he opened it. It was like watching the real life fruit ninja game.

Got my Gustavo and immediately hit the kitchen to dice some things up. What a great, well balanced knife. Cuts with ease and the walnut handle fits cozy in my hand. Also, there was a nice hand written letter from the owner which I thought was nice.
