The Pampa Multipurpose Knife is based on the Japanese Santoku which in Japanese means "three virtues" for its ability deftly cut through meat, fish, and veggies.

Blade:

The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik Stainless Steel which is highly coveted in the knife-making world. It is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, and outstanding edge retention, making it very easy to maintain.

Handle:

This model features a limited edition handle. We designed it in collaboration with the workshop.

Beautiful and Great Handling

I had been eyeing this knife for some time and finally bought it as a Christmas/Early Birthday gift to myself. I love the weight and size of the blade; you can tell that it is masterfully made with quality materials. It easily cut through all of my prep at work and cleaning it was super simple! The Purple Heart Handle is a great color and stands out from my other knives. Overall, I am very pleased with this knife and plan to use it constantly at work and at home!

I Love it!

I was the knife I’ve been looking for. The handle is comfortable and fit my hand well. The blade came straight as an arrow and razor sharp. It made easy work of onion and carrot prep for dinner. I highly recommend!
